30ok Terms and Conditions

30ok ("we", "us") operates an online gaming platform for players in Bangladesh. By using our website or any related services, you ("user") agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not understand or do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

Each person may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, they will all be permanently closed and any available balance may be forfeited.

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If incorrect information is provided, we have the right to cancel the account and forfeit the balance. If your information changes at any point, you must notify our support team immediately.

2.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

30ok currently supports three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for any method. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

2.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After successful verification, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit. 30ok reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal if fraudulent activity is suspected.

2.3 Transaction Verification

For security and anti-money-laundering purposes, 30ok reserves the right to verify your identity. You may be asked to submit a national ID card or other documents if required. If verification is not completed, the withdrawal request may be put on hold.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

30ok offers new players a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳37,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw any bonus, it must be wagered 15 times. The wagering calculation is based only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount. For example, ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

3.3 General Bonus Rules

• An account may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• If the conditions for receiving a bonus are not met, the bonus may be forfeited.
• Minimum odds or slot bet conditions apply to bets placed with bonus funds.
• 30ok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If evidence of promotion abuse or manipulation is found, the account will be closed.

4.1 Game Operations

The 30ok platform offers slot games, casino games, sports betting, and other gaming options. Each game operates under its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game or on the relevant page. It is every user's responsibility to read these rules carefully before playing.

4.2 Technical Issues

If a game result is affected by a technical error or network disruption, 30ok reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the wagered amount. No winnings may be claimed in such situations.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

• Using any type of software bot or automated method.
• Intentionally exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Colluding with other users to place bets.
• Using a false identity or another person's account.
• Any attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.

30ok's VIP program has five tiers. By playing regularly, you can advance to a higher tier and receive weekly cashback:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Cashback is credited to your account at a set time each week. The detailed conditions for cashback eligibility and calculation are determined by 30ok and are subject to change.

When using the 30ok platform, you must follow the code of conduct below:

• Maintain respectful behaviour towards other users and staff.
• Do not use threats, abuse, or inappropriate language in chat or support.
• Do not use the platform for any illegal activity or money laundering.
• Do not spread false information to mislead or harm others.
• Do not attempt to breach the platform's technical security.

30ok reserves the right to suspend or close an account without warning if this code of conduct is violated.

30ok gives the highest priority to the security of your personal information. All transactions and data are kept secure using SSL encryption technology. 8.1 Closure Initiated by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before making the request. Bonus balances with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited.

30ok may close or suspend an account without notice in the following situations:
